To be a successful entrepreneur you must have the drive to be successful. However you choose to make money, your money will not increase in value by just sitting in an account. That is pretty much a win-win situation. You can stipulate how much value the new house must have, they do the work and you rake in the money. Whatever you choose, remember the key is reinvesting!
